4 sheets of rice paper for summer rolls
1/2 pack of imitation crab flakes
mayo & black pepper
20g (2/3 oz) almonds
1 tsp sugar
30cc (2 Tbsp) nam-pla (Thai fish sauce)
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper powder
1/2 lemon (use skin and juice for the dipping sauce. Sprinkle some lemon juice to prevent avocado from discoloring.)
