You can cook with any kinds of tofu.
Our “juten” or filled-up tofu is made from soymilk that is poured and packed in a container, (instead that firmed tofu is cut and packed in a container with water) and this kind of tofu can be warmed in boiled water.
1 tofu (150g or 5 1/4 oz)
35g (1 1/6 oz) sweetened greentea powder
2g (less than 1/2 tsp) Matcha greentea powder
10g (1/3 oz) gelatin sheets (powdered gelatin can be used)
10cc (2 tsp) water
50g (1 3/4 oz) azuki beans
brown sugar syrup and kinako soybean flour as you like.
