We offer many kinds of seasonally available tofu, and every tofu keeps the basic taste of rich soymilk. We always think about how to familiarize people with different ways of eating this versatile food, and our first tofu recipe book was published in 2012. You will never tire of the simplicity and good taste of Fujino's soy products. Also soymilk confectionary gifts and various Kyoto souvenirs are available.
YUBA
A thin film which covers the surface of soymilk when gently heated. Good to eat plain sashimi style with wasabi or warmed in shabu-shabu.
AGE (deep-fried tofu)
Tofu is thin-sliced, cut into cubes, or mixed with veggies to make ball-shape, and then carefully deep-fried by our professionals.
SOYMILK
Made of domestically-grown soybeans, our additive-free soymilk has been chosen by many customers. Simply drink regularly, or use in cooking as substitute for cow milk.
SOYBEAN CONFECTIONARY
Here, you can find soymilk cookies, baumkuchen, okara cookies, chocolate-covered blackbeans, or even blackbean coffee as fine souvenir from Kyoto. We have okara treats for dogs as well!

Even if you are not fond of "beany" taste of soy products, you may become a big fan of soymilk soft serve or soymilk doughnuts. Also available are Fujino's "okara" cookies for dogs, made from the fibrous pulp left over from the tofu-making process. The Nishiki market place is called "Kyoto's central kitchen" since you can find all kinds of traditional food or Kyoto vegetables there. Have some soymilk doughnuts and go exploring the market!

They quickly became our signature food when first introduced more than 20 years ago. Fujino must be one of the pioneers of making soymilk and tofu desserts. We also are the first ones to offer some take-out snacks in the Nishiki market place.
